Engineered Air Mesh Upper

Featuring an engineered air mesh upper construction, the F-Lite Max has a seamless, breathable structure to provide feet with irritation-free and cool wearing, during intense workouts and cross-training sessions. A 3D-printed upper design works to keep feet fresh when things heat up and provides added protection and durability to keep feet and the shoes shielded from knocks, bumps and scrapes. The combined materials have flexible properties to allow smooth, confident movement of your feet, and a Met-Cradle wraps across your midfoot to form a protective, stabilising level of support during heavy lifting or high-intensity movement. Further assisting you when lifting or during intense movement, the shoes feature a rigid TPU heel stabiliser that provides a solid, stable base, keeping feet secure during movements like squats and deadlifts. A wider toe-box will also allow toes to splay naturally, providing a strong platform for big lifts and keeping feet comfortable. Finally, traditional laces provide you with a locked-in fit, helping to prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring.

Powerflow Max Midsole

The F-Lite Max features a Powerflow Max foam midsole to enhance in-shoe cushioning and keep you comfortable during training and gym sessions. Providing a soft, comfortable landing platform for high-impact exercise and intense cardio, the midsole keeps you ready to perform your best, whilst also providing you with the rigidity you need for weightlifting. Working alongside, the shoes have a Boomerang footbed for added energy return and shock-absorbing comfort. The insole features hundreds of foam beads which compress and expel back to provide 40% energy return during your strides. This midsole construction is ideal for longer cardio sessions where you need to maximise every ounce of energy.

Grippy Rubber Outsole

Using Inov8’s renowned and dependable rubber grip, the outsole of the F-Lite Max is super grippy with outstanding traction for optimum performance and comfort across the gym floor. The 2.5mm thick rubber structure is super lightweight and grippy, for optimum security underfoot and encouraging confident strides. ROPETEC ARCH PROTECTION is integrated into the midsection of the outsole, delivering traction and durability on rope climbs and descents, helping you move through your workout with ease.
