Utilising POLARLOFT synthetic insulation, the Shelterstone Jacket is both weather-resistant and protective. The garment thrives in challenging winter conditions, whether worn as a belay jacket for climbing or as an overlayer for skiing and hiking. The materials provide you with a warm layer of protection, working alongside this, the jacket has a Drilite Loft 40D outer fabric with FC-free DWR lining, to provide you with totally windproof and water-resistant protection. Drilite Loft 40D resides in the hem and hood facing for additional levels of protection. The jacket has a Mountain HC insulated hood, which is fully adjustable, providing you coverage and protection during changing weather conditions, whilst a Mountain Fit also provides you with articulated and pre-shaped sleeves for comfort. Adjustable cuffs and dual tether hem drawcord prevent windchill from entering. Allowing you to control the airflow with ease, there is a 2-way YKK moulded centre front zip with an insulated rear baffle, allowing you to also take the garment on and off with ease. With two zipped hand warmer pockets with 60g m⁻² POLARLOFT overlay, a chest pocket and a large mesh inner pocket alongside a zipped security pocket, the jacket has plenty of space to stash and store your essentials safely.
