The tried and tested Descendit is a classic ski/board shell jacket. It’s completely waterproof, windproof and breathable thanks to the seam-sealed DryVent fabric technology. The overall look is pared back, but underneath this clean exterior, there are functions like a wrist pass pocket with goggle wipe, underarm vents, an adjustable helmet-compatible hood and a secure chest pocket. Lightweight Heatseeker insulation makes this a dependable option for the piste.

Combining DryVent fabrics and synthetic Heatseeker insulation, the Descendit jacket provides durable, lightweight and compressible warmth with waterproof and windproof breathability. Waterproof, breathable, seam-sealed DryVent 2L shell fabric with a non-PFC DWR finish ensures you remain dry and comfortable in rain and snow whilst also blocking wind from penetrating, reducing he effects of wind chill. The breathable nature of this fabric allows air to pass through the garment to help regulate temperature and keep you feeling cool during efforts. Alongside this, Heatseeker synthetic insulation keeps you warm in cold, snowy conditions thanks to its durable hollow-core fibres. Delivering exceptional warmth without the bulk, it is highly durable, compressible and lightweight, meaning it won’t hold you back on the slopes and can be stuffed into backpacks and luggage with ease. An attached, adjustable, helmet-compatible hood allows for added coverage when needed and features a riveted cord-lock adjustment system so you can customise the fit to suit your needs. A full-length centre front zip allows for easy on/off and the ability to quickly dump any intolerable heat build-up. Underarm vents offer additional temperature regulation, and adjustable cuffs are complete with hook-and-loop tabs. An internal hem cinch-cord with a two-point adjustment and cinch-cord ends that exit into the hand pockets allows you to further customise the fit, while a snap-down powder skirt with gripper elastic prevents snow from getting in under the jacket. Lastly, multiple pockets, including internal and external chest pockets, covered secure-zip hand pockets, a secure-zip wrist pocket with a goggle wipe and a large internal mesh drop-in pocket, provide plenty of secure storage for essentials.
